Filsan has coached me for 10 weeks through the Project Love Run program and in this time I have come to absolutely trust her program and coaching. It has provided consistent progression and insightful journal prompts. Having a program that is is carefully considered and tailored to your personal goals makes it so much easier to put in the work each day – you never have to worry as it is always so carefully planned, thought through and sent weekly via email.
