We offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions, small group classes as well as personalized running plans.

I specialize in functional strength training as a tool of empowerment making exercise less scary to do alone— I don’t only focus on fitness; I offer education and support for healing one’s relationship with their body.

Group Classes:

Dance, Dance!

Tuesdays at 12pm

Based on Shauna Devlin’s Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Movement Foundation, this class infuses Trauma informed practices, simple stretching + basic exercises, guided free dance with music and movement patterns to create space for all abilities to experience themselves in healing motion and collective joy.

Work-It-Out

Wednesdays at 7am

Designed to support you in feeling grounded, embodied, and confident with working out, 

Walk-Jog-Run

Thursdays at 5pm

Prepping you with the basics needed to walk, jog, run with confidence. Classes include warm-up and cooldown stretches to get you ready for activity.

We offer equity pricing that allows us to create a Community Access Fund that provides subsidized to no cost pricing for folks from low-income backgrounds. If you’d like to donate to the fund, we offer an option to donate directly here. You can also support by selecting a $10 or $50 donation add-on when booking a group class or personal training session through our booking platform.

Running in Love Coaching

Get a personalized 10 week Running plan to meet your individual needs and honor your unique stage of life. Offers you a space to process your relationship with running, your body and provides you with skills to release body shame and navigate negative body image thoughts.
