Class + Coaching FAQs

Navigate to booking platform here.
Select ‘Buy Group Classes’ or ‘Buy Personal Training’ and purchase your chosen package.
When you book an appointment from the scheduler, click Redeem Package or Gift Certificate on the checkout screen, then enter the unique booking code you received via email in the text field. You can also enter the email address the code is associated with.
Another option is to click Schedule on the order confirmation page or order confirmation email you receive after purchasing a package, gift certificate, or subscription.
After you enter the booking code and click Apply, you can book the appointment without paying. If the code doesn't cover the full cost of the appointment, you pay the remaining balance, then book the appointment.

Please cancel your booking 12 hours or more before the class. If your booking is cancelled 12 hours prior to class time, you’ll get a credit for another class of your choice. If cancelled within the 12-hour late cancellation window, you will lose the credit.

Refunds are hard to process as a small business, we offer credits for a future class instead.

We provide equipment and mats. Please carry a water bottle and/or towel, anything you need to make yourself comfy.

Be sure to sign up at least 12 hours before class starts.

Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class. The worst is feeling rushed before class. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who drop in and are present.

We do offer drop ins. If classes aren't full or we experience no-shows, you can join a class.
