Come through Sis, Join us for this important discussion...
This event will be part two of our two-part series started last month. In part one we focused on the two life phases (perimenopause + menopause), with questions related to each.
This month we will talk about Running and common Reproductive Health Conditions, such as PCOS, and Endometriosis. We will also provide information on the updated consensus on Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports (REDs).
Discussion: Figuring out what we are missing in Running research, because women are never centered. Filling that gap of knowledge with (body) stories from the community.
Join Us!
Our Goal: Co-creating the conditions necessary for body awareness so that we can continue to trust and connect with our bodies on a deeper level, and move our communities towards new [Running] Worlds — Collective Liberation.
Note: We will have guests from CEMCOR (Center for Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation Research).
Your registration will include :
Brunch
A curated list of questions with reading guide to use on your own for further unpacking.
