PLR Vancouver Presents: Running and Grief

  • Sun Wah Center 268 Keefer Street Vancouver, BC, V6A 1X6 Canada (map)

Come through Sis, Join us for this important discussion...

In a world where we’re encouraged to constantly push forward, running can sometimes feel at odds with our deeper needs to pause, feel, and heal. However, at its core, running has the potential to be a deeply embodied experience that connects us to our bodies, each other, and even the collective grief we carry.

Goal: With our event we hope to explore how running can be a space for honoring our grief, processing our losses, and supporting one another in our world with multiple forms of violence.

Running to reclaim; Join us in Running in love deeper in connection, healing, and presence—holding space for the full, complex experience of what it means to live and grieve in our bodies.

Run: Join PLR Founder Filsan for a 2km and 4km run/walk, followed with brunch.

Discussion: Holding space for our [collective] grief.

Keep in mind... we meet you exactly where you’re at (no need to be a "runner") — just come as you are. And if cost is a barrier— please email: projectloverun@gmail.com, NO ONE will be turned away.
