Our topic this month will focus on both Disordered Eating (D.E) and Eating Disorders (E.D). We will dive deeper and explore this theme in relation to our modern landscape of Weight-loss drugs, rising Anti-fatness and changing language to justify the glorification of thinness.
Intention: To raise awareness and explore disordered behaviours in running culture and beyond. Sharing more on PLR’s Running Practices.
Run: Join PLR Founder Filsan for a 2km and 4km run/walk, followed with brunch.
